How do I use it?
Opalescence PF 35 is used with your custom whitening trays from your dentist (not included). Simply fill each tray with a continuous bead of whitening gel, taking care to direct the product toward the front side of the tray. Insert the trays into your mouth and gently press them until they conform to your tooth surfaces. Leave the trays in for no more than 30 minutes when using Opalescence PF 35.
After 30 minutes, remove the trays and wipe any excess gel off your teeth with your finger or a dry toothbrush. Do not brush your teeth with toothpaste. Rinse your mouth thoroughly, making sure you don't swallow any gel. Finally, wash the trays, dry them thoroughly, and store them properly to keep them clean and protected. You're done!
